If you have been following skateboarding in any capacity the past few years you may recognise Vans shoes and Quasi rider Justin Henry. Vans have now released an awesome mini documentary to introduce a new colourway for Justin's shoe design. Despite being an amateur Vans have shown huge faith in the talented 24-year-old and his skateboarding progression has most definitely caught the eye of many these past few years.
The documentary talks of how Justin and his bigger brother entered contests in the early days and how his love for skateboarding didn't slow down as time went on. We also see short clips of Justin's parents expressing their feelings about their son's infatuation with skateboarding.
The 7-minute video portrays how Justin has found himself in an incredible happy place as a result of skateboarding and he is grateful for Vans supporting him along the way. We also learn how Justin very kindly does his part to help the community when he can, helping young less fortunate kids to get involved with skateboarding.
The shoe, which has 'World' and 'Peace' imprinted on each of the soles is dropping on the 6th July and in addition to the release Vans are donating $10,000 to Big Brothers Big Sisters Ohio, a program which helps change the lives of children by matching them with volunteers.
