It's crazy to think that Flip Skateboard's 'Sorry' video was released 18 years ago. That video saw Mark Appleyard become a fan favourite and one of the most enjoyable skaters to watch of a generation. Now in the year 2020 Mark has shown he has not lost any of that buttery style as he drops a new part for long term sponsor Globe, just a few months short of his 38th birthday.
If you had watched any of the Nine Club's 'Stop and Chat' segment last month with Mark he explained he has been working on this Globe part and claimed he maybe only had a few tricks left he wanted to get. With the part now complete, Mark has shown his level of skateboarding has not slipped and he is still going hard, oozing style in the process.
The 2003 Skateboarder of the Year has shown he is as good as ever and it is refreshing to see he still has that passion for skateboarding. Timeless skateboarding.
P.S We forgot how nice his varial heelflips were!
