In what seems to be as a result of a change in shoe sponsor, BAKER skateboards Kader 'Skater' Sylla has just released a part titled 'Thank You Vans.' As the title suggests, Kader has now parted ways Vans Shoes after two years and has allegedly found a new home on Nike SB. The part is edited by legendary skate videographer Bill Strobek and contains throwaway footage of Kader skating in Vans footwear however towards the end of the part he can be seen skating in Nike Dunks.
Kader's talent is evident, evolving and improving every time we see him drop footage. He is usually ever active on social media, out there killin' it on the streets. If confirmed, the move comes not long after Kader's boss Andrew Reynolds made the switch to Vans from Emerica and whilst we wait in anticipation for an official introduction to Nike for the youngster, in a more recent post on Instagram he can be seen also sporting Adidas. Is Kader simply doing his own thing until the right sponsor makes contact? Watch this space!
