Since arriving on the scene with a bang with Shorty’s in 1998, Brandon Turner has has had an eventful life thus far. At 38 years of age Brandon is still killin’ it and now Jenkem Skate Mag have caught up with the man himself in a mini documentary titled ‘The Second Coming of Brandon Turner.’
Having got caught up in the party lifestyle in San Diego at a young age and even experiencing a stint in jail, Brandon has now been sober for four years and is skating as good as ever. He talks to Jenkem of how he got to this point in his life and how he is simply enjoying a healthy sober lifestyle, with his skateboarding benefiting in the process. The video also follows Brandon as he landed his epic switch hardflip at Wallenberg in San Francisco late last year. To be able to produce some of his best skateboarding in his late 30s is truly inspiring.
