Having dropped his debut album 'We Had a Good Thing Going' in February this year, Kooley High's Charlie Smarts has now released a video for 'Unanimous.'
Charlie along with Rapsody and Tab One have been putting North Carolina on the map with regards to Hip Hop for more than a decade and now Charlie's solo ambition is evident with the hard work he has been putting in.
One thing you cannot deny Charlie is that his rhymes are real, usually wearing his heart on his sleeve with the honesty in his lyrics. There is no shortage of swagger and it is clear Charlie has confidence in his talent, delivering clever punchlines and spitting 'my speech is still tight, when I spit that real life.'
Charlie is on a journey and seems intent on progressing with pace, posting the below comment along with the video release;
"Don't get in your own way...have the confidence to make something happen."
